1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The amount of $410,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Illinois Environmental Protection
7 Agency for a grant to the Corinth Water District for
8 connecting their system to Rend Lake Intercity Water.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2000.
