1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of
2 Transportation.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $200,000, or as much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Transportation for the purpose of installing a traffic
8 signal in the City of Palos Heights, at the intersection of
9 Illinois Route 7, also known as Southwest Highway, and 117th
10 Street.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 2000.
