1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3991
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3991 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 12, after "expelled", by inserting "for up to
4 one year"; and
5 on page 2, line 1, after "Theft", by inserting ", including
6 obtaining control over stolen property,"; and
7 on page 2, immediately below line 22, by inserting the
8 following:
9 "(17) Any offense specified under the Fireworks Use
10 Act."; and
11 on page 6, line 5, after "expelled", by inserting "for up to
12 one year"; and
13 on page 6, line 25, after "Theft", by inserting ", including
14 obtaining control over stolen property,"; and
15 on page 7, immediately below line 12, by inserting the
16 following:
17 "(17) Any offense specified under the Fireworks Use
18 Act.".
