1 AN ACT concerning a performing arts school.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Katherine Dunham Performing Arts School Act.
6 Section 5. Creation. There is hereby created the
7 Katherine Dunham Performing Arts School, which shall be an
8 institution located at the Rock (Hughes Quinn) School in East
9 St. Louis, Illinois.
