1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3911
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3911, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 4 through 11
5 with the following:
6 "Director of State Police shall compile the data collected
7 under clauses (1) and (2) of subsection (a) and forward the
8 data to the Secretary of State."; and
9 on page 2, by replacing line 12 with the following:
10 "(c) Upon receiving the data specified in subsection
11 (b),"; and
12 on page 2, line 22, by changing "(e)" to "(d)".
