1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3841
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3841, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 1, by replacing lines 15 through 22
5 with the following:
6 "(b) Any person in the custody of a sheriff in a county
7 of over 3,000,000 inhabitants for any criminal matter, shall
8 be removed therefrom into any other prison or custody when
9 done by grand jury subpoena or written request by a State's
10 Attorney, or an assistant State's Attorney, or some other
11 legal process, or when it is expressly allowed by law.".
