2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3831 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 5, by replacing "State University" with
4 "Higher Education"; and
5 on page 1, line 31, by replacing "university" with
6 "institution of higher education"; and
7 on page 2, lines 4, 9, 13, 14, 26, and 30, by replacing
8 "university" each time it appears with "institution of higher
9 learning"; and
10 on page 2, line 18, by deleting "or"; and
11 on page 2, line 18, after "University", by inserting "or
12 public community college in this State"; and
13 on page 3, line 23, by deleting "baccalaureate"; and
14 on page 3, lines 23 and 29, by replacing "university" each
15 time it appears with "institution of higher education"; and
16 on page 4, lines 4, 14, 20, 24, and 30, by replacing
17 "university" each time it appears with "institution of higher
18 education"; and
19 on page 4, line 14, by deleting "baccalaureate"; and
