1 AN ACT in relation to transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
5 changing Section 11-202 as follows:
6 (625 ILCS 5/11-202) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-202)
7 Sec. 11-202. Required obedience to traffic laws. It is
8 unlawful and, unless otherwise declared in this Chapter with
9 respect to particular offenses, it is a petty offense for any
10 person to perform do any act forbidden or fail to perform any
11 act required in this Chapter.
