1 AN ACT concerning the grain industry.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Grain Code is amended by changing Section
5 1-20 as follows:
6 (240 ILCS 40/1-20)
7 Sec. 1-20. Administrative review. Final administrative
8 decisions of the Department of Agriculture are subject to
9 judicial review under Article III of the Code of Civil
10 Procedure and its rules. The term "administrative decision"
11 is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil
12 Procedure.
