1 AN ACT in relation to education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended
5 by changing Section 9.03 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 205/9.03) (from Ch. 144, par. 189.03)
7 Sec. 9.03. To advise and counsel the Governor, at his or
8 her request, regarding any area of, or matter pertaining to,
9 higher education.
