1 AN ACT to amend the Board of Higher Education Act by
2 changing Section 9.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended
6 by changing Section 9 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 205/9) (from Ch. 144, par. 189)
8 Sec. 9. Powers and duties of Board. The Board shall
9 exercise the powers and duties specified in the following
10 Sections preceding Section 10 in addition to those otherwise
11 specified in this Act.
