1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the State Board of Education for grants to Regional
7 Offices of Education to operate Alternative Education
8 Programs for disruptive students pursuant to Article 13A of
9 the School Code.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 2000.
