1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois
6 Community College Board for making challenge grants to
7 community college foundations, as provided in Section 2-16.04
8 of the Public Community College Act.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2000.
