1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2920
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2920 as follows:
3 on page 2, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:
4 "the time frame prescribed by federal guidelines, then that
5 person is entitled to a civil penalty"; and
6 on lines 21 and 22, by replacing "2 business days" with "the
7 time frame prescribed by federal guidelines"; and
8 by replacing lines 29 and 30 with the following: "disbursed
9 to the person within the time frame prescribed by federal
10 guidelines.".
