2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2917 on page 1,
3 line 14, before the period, by inserting, "or based upon the
4 claimant's provision of service to non-resident students in
5 an alternative education program without charging tuition,
6 provided that the non-resident students were enrolled in the
7 alternative education program on or before January 1, 2001".
