1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2773
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2773, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing the introductory clause of Section 5 with the
4 following:
5 "Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
6 changing Sections 10-10.4 and 10-26 and adding Section
7 10-16.6 as follows:"; and
8 in Section 5, by deleting all of Sec. 12-10.2; and
9 by deleting all of Section 10.
