Amend House Bill 2711 on page 1, 3 line 1, by deleting "sex offenses and"; and 4 on page 1, by deleting lines 4 through 31; and 5 by deleting all of page 2; and 6 on page 3, by deleting lines 1 through 11; and 7 on page 3, line 13, by deleting "2,"; and 8 on page 3, by deleting lines 14 through 32; and 9 by deleting all of pages 4, 5, and 6; and 10 on page 7, by deleting lines 1 through 22; and 11 on page 8, by replacing lines 3 through 28 with the 12 following: 13 "(a-5) In addition to the registration requirements 14 imposed upon a sex offender by subsection (a), a sex offender 15 who is required to register under this Article and who is 16 employed or attends an educational institution on the 17 effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General 18 Assembly within 10 days after the effective date of this 19 amendatory Act of the 91 General Assembly and a sex offender 20 who is convicted on or after the effective date of this -2- LRB9105546RCksam01 1 amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly, within 10 days 2 after employment or attendance at an educational institution 3 must submit in person or in writing the business name and 4 address or educational institution name and address where he 5 or she is employed or attends school. Multiple businesses, 6 educational institutions, or work sites must be reported to 7 the agency having jurisdiction."; and 8 on page 8, line 34, by changing "(a-5), or (a-6)" to "or 9 (a-5)"; and 10 on page 9, line 26, by changing "(a-6)" to "(a-5)"; and 11 on page 12, line 7, by changing "105, 110," to "110"; and 12 on page 12, by deleting lines 8 through 32; and 13 on page 13, by deleting lines 1 through 16; and 14 on page 14, line 13, by inserting "authorized for community 15 notification; after "information"; and 16 on page 14, lines 21 and 22, by changing "June 1, 1999" to 17 "July 1, 2000".
