 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the Women's Business Ownership Act by
 2    changing Section 20.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Women's Business Ownership Act is amended
 6    by changing Section 20 as follows:

 7        (20 ILCS 705/20)
 8        (Section scheduled to be repealed on September 1, 1999)
 9        Sec.  20.  Repeal. This Act is repealed September 1, 2004
10    1999.

12        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
13    becoming law.
