BOB-EPTFC2000
1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The following named sums, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Environmental
6 Protection Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection Trust
7 Fund Commission for grants to the Illinois Environmental
8 Protection Agency as follows:
9 To Support Enhanced Environmental Protection
10 and Enforcement Activities .....................$ 625,000
11 Section 2. The following named sums, or so much thereof
12 as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Environmental
13 Protection Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection Trust
14 Fund Commission for grants to the Department of Natural
15 Resources as follows:
16 Grants to Department of Natural
17 Resources for projects relating
18 to natural resources research,
19 protection, and educational
20 activities .....................................$ 625,000
21 Section 3. The following named sums, or so much thereof
22 as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Environmental
23 Protection Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection Trust
24 Fund Commission for grants to the Pollution Control Board as
25 follows:
26 For Funding Expenses of Case
27 Processing and Other Activities ..................$ 625,000
28 Section 4. The following named sum, or so much thereof
29 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Environmental

2 Fund Commission for grants to the Office of the Attorney
3 General as follows:
4 For Enhanced Environmental Enforcement
5 Activities .......................................$ 625,000
6 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
7 July 1, 1999.
