The sum of $300,000,000, or so much thereof 13 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Lottery 14 Fund to the Department of the Lottery, for payment of prizes 15 to holders of winning lottery tickets or shares, including 16 prizes related to Multi-State Lottery games, pursuant to the 17 provisions of the "Illinois Lottery Law". 18 Section 3. The sum of $35,000, or so much thereof as may 19 be necessary, is appropriated from the State Lottery Fund to 20 the Illinois Department of the Lottery, for payment to the 21 Illinois State Police for investigatory services.
