1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2444
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2444, by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause and replacing in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
7 for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the
8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Pollution Control

2 purposes as provided for in Section 55.6 of the Environmental
3 Protection Act.
4 Section 3. The amount of $56,500, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Clean Air Act
6 Permit Fund to the Pollution Control Board for activities
7 relating to the Clean Air Act Permit Program.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
9 July 1, 1999.".
