The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as 23 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Environmental 24 Protection Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency 25 for oversight of site development at solid waste management 26 facilities in accordance with the purposes specified or 27 contributed funds. 28 Section 31. The sum of $7,005,900, or so much thereof as 19 may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of 20 business on June 30, 1999, from appropriations and 21 reappropriations heretofore made in Article 49, Section 47 of 22 Public Act 90-0585, is reappropriated from the Anti Pollution 23 Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for grants to 24 units of local government for wastewater facilities, pursuant 25 to provisions of the "Anti-Pollution Bond Act." 26 Section 47.
