1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2415
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2415, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and replacing in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects
7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the
8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Criminal
9 Justice Information Authority:

9 and local government and non-profit organizations:

14 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much
15 thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Illinois

18 units of government, and from private/not-for-profit
19 organizations for activities undertaken in support of
20 investigating issues in criminal justice and for undertaking
21 other criminal justice information projects:

18 Trust Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information

20 of local government, to include operational activities and
21 programs undertaken by the Authority, in support of Federal
22 Crime Bill Initiatives.
23 Section 8. The following amounts, or so much thereof as
24 may be necessary, are appropriated to the Illinois Criminal
25 Justice Information Authority for awards and grants to state
26 agencies and units of local government, including operational
27 expenses of the Authority in support of the Juvenile
28 Accountability Incentive Block Grant program: Payable from
