2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2314 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4 "AN ACT to create the East St. Louis Area Development Act
5 of 1999."; and
6 by deleting lines 21 through 30 on page 23, all of pages 24
7 through 42, and lines 1 through 29 on page 43.
