1 AN ACT concerning cemeteries and burial.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Funeral or Burial Funds Act is
5 amended by changing Section 9 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 45/9) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 73.109)
7 Sec. 9. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
8 be cited as the "Illinois Funeral or Burial Funds Act".

10 Section 10. The Illinois Pre-Need Cemetery Sales Act is
11 amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
12 (815 ILCS 390/5) (from Ch. 21, par. 205)
13 Sec. 5. License required. It is unlawful for any
14 person directly or indirectly, through an agent or otherwise
15 to engage in pre-need sales without a license issued by the
16 Comptroller.
