1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Health Facilities Planning
2 Act by changing Section 11.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act
6 is amended by changing Section 11 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3960/11) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1161)
8 Sec. 11. Administrative review. Any person who is
9 adversely affected by a final decision of the State Board may
10 have such decision judicially reviewed. The provisions of the
11 Administrative Review Law, as now or hereafter amended, and
12 the rules adopted pursuant thereto shall apply to and govern
13 all proceedings for the judicial review of final
14 administrative decisions of the State Board. The term
15 "administrative decisions" is as defined in Section 3-101 of
16 the Code of Civil Procedure.
