1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. In addition to any amount previously or
5 elsewhere appropriated, the amount of $5,000,000, or so much
6 of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the
7 State Board of Education for the purpose of providing funds
8 to regional offices of education to operate alternative
9 school programs pursuant to Article 13A of the School Code
10 for fiscal year 2000.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 1999.
