1 AN ACT to amend the Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
2 Systems Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems
6 Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (210 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5501)
8 Sec. 1. Short title.) This Act shall be known and may
9 be cited as the "Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act
10 ".
