 1        AN ACT to amend the Cemetery Care Act by changing Section
 2    15.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Cemetery Care Act is amended by  changing
 6    Section 15 as follows:

 7        (760 ILCS 100/15) (from Ch. 21, par. 64.15)
 8        Sec.  15.  The  Comptroller  may, upon 10 days' notice to
 9    the licensee, by United States mail directed to the  licensee
10    at  the  address  set  forth  in  the  license,  stating  the
11    contemplated  action  and,  in general, the grounds therefor,
12    and upon reasonable opportunity to be  heard  prior  to  such
13    action, revoke any license issued hereunder if he finds that:
14        (a)  The licensee has failed to make the annual report or
15    to  maintain in effect the required bond or to comply with an
16    order, decision, or finding of the Comptroller made  pursuant
17    to this Act; or that
18        (b)  The  licensee has violated any provision of this Act
19    or any regulation or direction made by the Comptroller  under
20    this Act; or that
21        (c)  Any  fact or condition exists which would constitute
22    grounds for denying an application for a new license,  if  it
23    had  existed at the time of the original application for such
24    license, would have warranted the Comptroller in refusing the
25    issuance of the license.

27        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
28    becoming law.
