1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $2,500,000, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Department on Aging for Red Tape Cutters program
7 grants, respectively, as follows: $700,000 to the Chicago
8 Department on Aging and $1,800,000 to eligible participants
9 outside the City of Chicago.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
