1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1762
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1762 as follows:
3 on page 2, by inserting below line 12, the following:
4 "An addict or alcoholic in a designated program shall be
5 monitored by the probation department and subject to any
6 available terms and conditions of probation under Section
7 5-6-3 of the Unified Code of Corrections as though the addict
8 or alcoholic had been sentenced to probation.".
