1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1738
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1738 on page 2,
3 line 6, after "Section,", by inserting the following:
4 "the court may, as part of the sentence for the conviction,
5 sentence the person to a suspension of all driving privileges
6 for a period of up to 1 year. If the suspension of all
7 driving privileges is part of the sentence for the person,";
8 and
9 on page 2, line 12, after "period of", by inserting "up to".
