1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by adding Sections
2 10-20.31 and 34-18.18.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections
6 10-20.31 and 34-18.18 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/10-20.31 new)
8 Sec. 10-20.31. Contract for school nursing services. If
9 a school board enters into a contract with an outside agency
10 or firm to provide school nursing services, the board shall
11 report the details of this contract to the State Board of
12 Education.
13 (105 ILCS 5/34-18.18 new)
14 Sec. 34-18.18. Contract for school nursing services. If
15 the Board enters into a contract with an outside agency or
16 firm to provide school nursing services, the Board shall
17 report the details of this contract to the State Board of
18 Education.
