1 AN ACT to repeal the Parental Notice of Abortion Act of
2 1995.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 (750 ILCS 70/Act rep.)
6 Section 10. The Parental Notice of Abortion Act of 1995
7 is repealed.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
9 becoming law.
