91_HB1681eng HB1681 Engrossed LRB9103361KSgc 1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Emergency Management Agency 2 Act by adding Section 14.1. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act 6 is amended by adding Section 14.1 as follows: 7 (20 ILCS 3305/14.1 new) 8 Sec. 14.1. NOAA weather radio network. The Illinois 9 Emergency Management Agency shall implement a program that 10 will provide at least 95% of the population of this State 11 with NOAA Weather Radio network warning capabilities. 12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 13 1, 1999.
