1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $980,000 is appropriated from the
5 General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Emergency Management
6 Agency for all costs associated with the implementation of a
7 program to provide 95% of the population of this State with
8 NOAA Weather Radio network warning capabilities.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
10 1, 1999.
