1 AN ACT concerning tourism.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Promotion Act is amended by
5 adding Section 4b as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 665/4b new)
7 Sec. 4b. Pope County; trail riding. Pope County shall
8 be known as the "Trail Riding Capital of Illinois". The
9 Department shall promote Pope County by this designation.
