1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act by
2 changing Section 1-110.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1-110 as follows:
7 (5 ILCS 420/1-110) (from Ch. 127, par. 601-110)
8 Sec. 1-110. Lobbyist. "Lobbyist" means any person
9 required to be registered under "An Act concerning lobbying
10 and providing a penalty for violation thereof", approved July
11 10, 1957, as amended.
