1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1365
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1365 on page 4,
3 line 2, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "The Department of State Police must process, retain, and
5 additionally provide and disseminate information to the Board
6 concerning criminal charges, arrests, convictions, and their
7 disposition, that have been filed before, on, or after the
8 effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General
9 Assembly against a basic academy applicant, law enforcement
10 applicant, or law enforcement officer whose fingerprint
11 identification cards are on file or maintained by the
12 Department of State Police.".
