1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1304
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1304, on page 1,
3 line 22, by inserting after "pending." the following:
4 "However, the period within which a prosecution must be
5 commenced includes any period in which the State brings a
6 proceeding or an appeal from a proceeding specified in this
7 subsection (d).".
