1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1261
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1261 on page 2,
3 line 21, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "The interest rate to be used in developing the normal market
5 value capitalization rate shall be one that reflects the
6 prevailing cost of cash for other types of commercial real
7 estate in the geographic market in which the Section 515
8 project is located.".
