2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1162, on page 2, by
3 replacing line 27 with the following:
4 "sentencing order when the hearing involves a probationer or
5 defendant who has transferred or moved from the county having
6 jurisdiction over the original charge or sentence. For the
7 purposes of this subsection (c),".
