2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1058 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT concerning higher education partial tuition
5 waivers, amending named Acts."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "(110 ILCS 305/7f rep.)
9 Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by
10 repealing Section 7f.
11 (110 ILCS 520/8f rep.)
12 Section 10. The Southern Illinois University Management
13 Act is amended by repealing Section 8f.
14 (110 ILCS 660/5-90 rep.)
15 Section 15. The Chicago State University Law is amended
16 by repealing Section 5-90.
17 (110 ILCS 665/10-90 rep.)
18 Section 20. The Eastern Illinois University Law is

10 amended by repealing Section 25-90.

12 Section 40. The Northern Illinois University Law is
13 amended by repealing Section 30-90.

15 Section 45. The Western Illinois University Law is
16 amended by repealing Section 35-90.
17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
18 1, 1999.".
