1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section
2 34B-12.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
6 Section 34B-12 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/34B-12) (from Ch. 122, par. 34B-12)
8 Sec. 34B-12. Excess moneys. Any monies deposited in the
9 Debt Service Fund in excess of the amount necessary to pay in
10 full the principal of and interest on the Notes shall be paid
11 by the Trustee to the City for payment to the Board for use
12 by the Board for the lawful purposes of the Board.
