1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 by
2 adding Section 30.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 is
6 amended by adding Section 30.5 as follows:
7 (230 ILCS 5/30.5 new)
8 Sec. 30.5. Illinois Quarter Horse Breeders Fund. There
9 is hereby created the Illinois Quarter Horse Breeders Fund.
10 Moneys in the Fund may be used only for the purpose of
11 breeding quarter horses for racing in Illinois.
