The Illinois Equipment Fair Dealership Law is 6 amended by adding Section 10.1 as follows: 7 (815 ILCS 715/10.1 new) 8 Sec. 10.1. Retailers and others not subject to Franchise 9 Disclosure Act of 1987. Retailers and wholesalers, 10 manufacturers, and distributors of inventory are not subject 11 to the provisions of the Franchise Disclosure Act of 1987.
