1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 777
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 777, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of Senate
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 4, line 20, by inserting after
5 "Department." the following:
6 "Any nursing facility that accepts these committed persons
7 must first obtain approval from the municipality in which the
8 facility is located. A nursing facility that accepts these
9 committed persons may not be located in a residential
10 neighborhood."; and
11 on page 4, line 25, by inserting after "Section." the
12 following:
13 "A committed person who is subject to the provisions of
14 subdivision (a)(2) of Section 3-6-3 of this Code does not
15 qualify for transfer.".
