1 AN ACT to amend the Gasoline Storage Act by changing
2 Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Gasoline Storage Act is amended by
6 changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (430 ILCS 15/1) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 153)
8 Sec. 1. Volatile combustibles. It shall be unlawful for
9 any person, firm, association, or corporation to keep, store,
10 transport, sell, or use any crude petroleum, benzine, benzol,
11 gasoline, naphtha, ether, or other like volatile
12 combustibles, or other compounds, in such manner or under
13 such circumstances as will jeopardize life or property.
