1 AN ACT to amend the Toxic Pollution Prevention Act by
2 changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Toxic Pollution Prevention Act is amended
6 by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (415 ILCS 85/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 7951)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited shall be
9 known as the Toxic Pollution Prevention Act.
