1 AN ACT to amend the Civic Center Code by changing Section
2 2-25.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civic Center Code is amended by changing
6 Section 2-25 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 200/2-25)
8 Sec. 2-25. Incurring obligations. The Authority shall
9 not incur any obligations for salaries or for office or
10 administrative expenses except within the amounts of funds
11 that will be available to it when those such obligations
12 become payable.
